Support Paralympics New Zealand

Your support helps Paralympics New Zealand (PNZ) to provide opportunities for disabled people to participate in Para sports, from regional, national and international levels.

Paralympics New Zealand Incorporated is a charity (CC33576). The support that PNZ receives through government funding, grants from trusts and foundations, donations, commercial partnerships and gifts in wills, make our Para sport, community and advocacy programmes possible. PNZ was known as the New Zealand Paraplegic & Physically Disabled Federation from 1968 to 2007.

Be part of our Paralympics New Zealand family and support us.

Your contribution and support of us is very gratefully received!

Some of the ways these contributions will be used include:

  • Delivery of community outreach programmes, such as Open Day events across the country and our education programmes, which are designed to positively influence perceptions of disabled people
  • Ensure our Paralympians can represent New Zealand at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, and before this, take them to key qualifying events on a national and international level (including flights, hotels, food, cars, uniforms etc)
  • Further development of systems and structures to help grow community level Para sport across New Zealand, with a particular focus on programmes such as talent identification and Para athlete development, which support the Paralympians of tomorrow
